RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.        The minimum age of acceptance is 5years.

2.        All Islamic Laws and regulations will have to be followed, particularly  in prayers and dress.

3.        Registration of any child into the Madrasah can only be done by the acceptance from the Madrasah Staff.

4.        The Teachers must not be disturbed during Madrasah hours.

5.        The correct fees must be paid promptly when due.

6.        The fee of a child when absent must be paid in full.

7.        A letter must accompany any absences by students from parents.

8.         Absence by a child for 3 weeks or more without notification may automatically terminate the child's place from the Madrasah.

9.        The Madrasah times are as follows: Mon - Fri: 4-45pm-7-15pm                    

10.  Students will not be allowed to leave the Madrasah prior to 7-15pm unless for a VALID reason.

11.     The Madresa reserves the right to expel any student when it seems necessary.  Any one expelled or dismissed has no legal remedy against the Madrasah.

12.     To insult any member of this institute will lead to the dismissal of such student.

13.     Parents are responsible for the bringing and collecting of their child(ren) to and from the Madrasah, and as such the Madrasah cannot accept any responsibility for the welfare of The child(ren) outside Madrasah classes.

14.     All the above rules and regulations and any further rules (Etc.) will have to be covered, fully.
